The IA quote of the week

I was watching re-runs of Top Gear the other night, and they had James Blunt on for an interview and to turn a lap in the “reasonably priced car”. It turns out he was part of a scout tank unit during the whole Bosnia mess. In the course of Jeremy Clarkson’s interview with James, they mentioned that the British Govt. is looking into placing emissions requirements on military vehicles.
